Pay is decent. Product is decent.

Cons

Inexperienced unprofessional management constantly on power trips. Owner is too busy looking for investors to realize he has poor management. High turnover on employees. Inexperienced managers will write you up for any and everything to flex their power. Managers speak to employees like they are children. Owner turns a blind eye to managers mistreating employees.

Pros

A very positive environment. The customer support team is very inclusive, welcoming and helpful. I think they have done a really good job building that team. The new customer support director Chris is great too! The support received from outside team members like John while onboarding was very helpful; everyone offers their experience and insights whenever I had questions.

Cons

Starting pay is low but market value for the position.
