I've been working for Swain for eight years now. I've worked in many companies selling South Pacific travel and never have I worked any place like Swain: For all the best reasons. The owner is kind, thoughtful, supportive and constantly asking what can be done to help you. The team itself is fantastic: We laugh together and during these past rough times we have truly bonded together to be a tight family. I cannot imagine ever working anywhere else, as I'm too happy working for Swain.
Cons
During pre-Covid times, the hours can sometimes be long due to so much business. However, you are absolutely paid top dollar here so to me, it's fair.
