Pros

- Pleasant colleagues and working environment - Some flexibility, some home office (2 days per week officially) - Pub - It depends on the team, but work could be interesting and there is a possibility to make impact - Possibility to evolve in the company or move from one team to another - Sport facilities (gym, tennis, etc) for a small fee

Cons

- Managers is a very big issue in Swissquote and a lot of people are leaving the company because of the management. They either lack competences or managerial skills. Managers sometimes are shading talented employees who then decide to leave. - Lack of continuous training for employees. Employees are not encouraged to study and learn. Very low training budget. - Base salary and 2nd pilar is below the market. Nevertheless, some people are even overpaid, because they can be managers at Swissquote and elsewhere they would never be appointed as managers. - High inequality in salaries. - Very difficult to move some people who are not working well, but are friends with managers.

Pros

Young team. Cantine offers a selection of snacks.

Cons

I am deeply disappointed with Swissquote adamant refusal to embrace the hybrid work model or allow employees to work from home. Their rigid stance on traditional office-based work feels outdated and disconnected from the evolving needs and expectations of their workforce. The salary, although disbursed at the end of the month, falls below the market value.
