Pros

Nothing, no pros at all.

Cons

This was a call-center-type role with a strong focus on meeting candidate targets. If targets were not achieved, managers often applied excessive pressure, which created a stressful and toxic work environment. The overall culture felt unsupportive and negatively impacted employee morale.

Pros

I don’t see any at all

Cons

Role changes after joining: Employees may be hired for one role but reassigned to another due to sudden internal priority shifts. This creates confusion and instability from day one. Minimal onboarding: There is very limited training or structured support, even when responsibilities change unexpectedly. New joiners are expected to perform immediately without clear guidance. Unrealistic expectations: Performance expectations can be extremely high within very short timelines, making it difficult for new employees to succeed. Communication issues: Feedback can feel inconsistent or unclear, and conversations may sometimes lower employee confidence rather than support development. Compensation concerns: Employees may be told their salary is “too high” compared to others, which can create discomfort and discouragement. Hiring pattern observed: The company appears to prefer candidates who may accept lower-than-market salaries—often individuals returning to work or urgently needing a job. Confidence-reducing remarks during interviews seem to be a recurring pattern.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate all reviews as part of our continuous improvement process. Many candidates join us with prior experience and negotiate compensation based on the skills and role commitments discussed during interviews. Our expectations are aligned to those commitments. In some cases, however, we observe a gap between what was represented during the interview and actual performance after joining, despite extended support and training. We make sincere efforts to train, mentor, and, where possible, offer exposure to multiple roles to help individuals succeed. Role adjustments, when made, are intended to support both employee development and business needs. However, when performance or intent does not align despite repeated efforts, it becomes challenging to continue the engagement. We acknowledge there is always room to improve onboarding and communication, and we are actively working on strengthening these areas. We wish everyone the very best in their future endeavors.
