Pros

The only pro is that you get a good start for HR recruitment with big cliental name

Cons

Where to begin....!!!!! 1. FAKE INCENTIVE STRUCTURE: At the time of interview the head will provide you with all candy coated words of fake incentive that you will be getting apart from your salary. All this is fake and you don't get incentives so easily despite of your handwork. There is no proper duration as when your incentives would be credited. 2. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE: If you join this company then make sure that you will be made to work for long hours. They don't care if you have any personal life or not, all they care is about making you work with no consideration of other aspects of your life. No proper holiday list is given to you and you are only allowed to take 1 leave per month. If you take more than that (despite of telling your emergency situation!!) they will deduct your salary. If you don't take leave in that month it is not carried forward for easiness. 3. BIASINESS: It is one the prominent feature that you can see in the team. They will grill you by putting on old roles and expect you to deliver CVs there when whole market is tapped and search is exhausted. The manager will repeatedly ask for updates on hourly basis and will torture you by insulting infront of team. They don't seek updates from Managers and they are also spared from scolding and getting taunted. 4. UNNECCSSARY MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES: Team meets and activities are done after work hours. In team meeting you are obligated to keep your camera on otherwise that will also come out as problem. They will inform you 10 mins before starting the meeting and won't bother if you are free or held up in situation or not. You have to attend meeting by hook or by crook. 5. DELUSIONAL WORDS: In interview the head will tell you that there is no pressure and they have very healthy office environment but truth to be told its all fake!!! You are required to deliver 2 cvs everyday and if you don't have cv for a day your name will be posted in bold letters on group. 6.HIGH ATTRITION RATE: Freshers , trainee and interns leave their team in 2-3 days as they torture them with high pressure and harsh words. Very toxic environment. 7. FAKE REVIEWS AND RATINGS: All the 4 stars you see here are posted by employees by forcing them to give review and rating them 4 stars. They also post fake reviews to keep their ratings high. Also they will force you to like and share their Linkedin post so to create maximum reach.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback. It is regrettable that it didn’t work out for you. We have flexible work timings and our employees are encouraged to maintain work life balance. As an intern, your initial days will surely entail learning about the business and processes. Pet names given, are a just a fun part of bringing people closer during this time of working remotely and far away from each other. We regret the way you feel, but the learning opportunity is immense. Since this team manages challenging and niche mandates, subject matter expertise is absolutely essential for the role. Hence, we make this clear upfront during our selection process that the learning curve will be very high to start with, and efforts will have to be put in accordance.

Pros

They don't have any pros just few manager's are good

Cons

they will ask you to login early if you have not submitted the cv yesterday and you need to extend hours if you are not able to deliever and will do excess level of micromanagement they sit on your call trackers for whole day and check each and every entry like a admin they ask for update every 15mins and even in break time they call and scold us worst company i have ever worked with the shift timing on offer letter is diff and no extra pay for entension or extra login they keep their employees underpaid and then cut tax on that 12-13k no leaves are given happily they will ask to work on the weekend and the HR herself get into the internal calls and ask for cv and if you have been firm they will scare you or blackmail you that if you resign we will give negative feedback they will ask the employees to leave or they will put them in PIP they almost ask to leave who are eligible for their incentives in order to not to give them money the HR's are the puppets and the team leads don't know how to talk professionaly they will ask for continuous work and they will threaten each and every day consultancies are toxic but this one is beyond a point unless and until you have any financial crisis or any problem pls don't join this company they will give you so much pressure that even after leaving the trauma will continue. Also all the good comments are done by their internal team only no one likes them.
