      Pros

      Absolutely no pros. I suppose it can be used as a resume builder if you are content knocking on people's doors until 8 pm.

      Cons

      Wear a suit to knock doors. Stay out in the "field" until 8 pm. Most people feel very uncomfortable having people knocking on their door in the middle of the night. This is a great job if you like the idea of being shot at...

We try to be gracious when it comes to feedback, but this review seems really aggressive, not to mention colorful.       Pros

      Get to travel to different cities, feels more like a team environment rather than just a typical office job. Room for growth/pay long as you willing to work.

      Cons

      If you’re lazy don’t even bother. This is a high energy, high performing team

      Pros

      This company has a great work environment! Everyday I learn something new and grow to be more successful! I enjoy the challenge and the team support! It is an awesome feeling to wake up and love coming to work knowing that we will have a blast while being encouraged to be the best we can be. The work life balance is great! I truly love working for a company and boss who respects me as a human and important employee of the company! It is a great company to work for and I am excited and grateful to be employed with the TL Direct.

      Cons

      I do not have an cons about the company. If you are like me.... enjoy working hard and want to be encouraged and motivated to go the extra mile and be the best you can be....then this is the place for you!
