Hi reviewer, We're sorry to see this review but happy to address your concerns. You are right in that we are friendly and overtly nice, as we understand that for some individuals, this might be their first time interviewing. We very openly state, in both our interview process and orientation, that we work 11 AM - 8 PM, residentially, face-to-face with current and potential consumers that our clients, AT&T and DirecTv, are trying to attract. We find it doubtful that you started with the company without an understanding of what you would be doing unless you skipped the entire 2nd and 3rd interview. We are always open to improving but also know exactly what is covered in each interview and orientation to ensure this scenario doesn't happen. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
