Cons

We are forced to use customer devices to do any transactions customers come into the stores for. We are forcefully discouraged to use in house systems to do anything, forcing us to use the mobile app to do anything. This causes unnecessary wait time due to employees having to troubleshoot customer devices and personal accounts to set it up. Also, as someone who has no real deep knowledge on credit cards, I a do not feel comfortable being forced to push the companies new credit cards on customers.

I took in what was given, the opportunity to make a great income on a part time job. Learned several skills that now help me in my profession.

Cons

If you aren't a commission driven person then this can be a challenging job for you.
