Pros
The benefits are amazing. Unbeatable, great time off vision life dental and health. Company matched 401k. If you like talking to people, and can handle frustrated customer on a daily basis, it is a pretty great place to work. The pay is Real good for a "retail job", though it is not your typical retail job because you are selling a service as well as a product.
Cons
Goals can be pretty unachievable sometimes. Can definitely be pretty stressful especially if you are not good with large groups of angry people. It is not like that on a daily basis, but it definitely can.
