Parking is a hilarious challenge as someone who doesn't work 9-5. Corporate real estate is trying, and while the new initiatives will probably help a lot of people, it doesn't help my situation, but here's hoping issues will improve.
Initially my salary was a step up from where I came, but it's very expensive to live near HQ (in an attempt to have a work/life balance due to the hellacious commutes in the Puget Sound area) and the decision to move compensation changes to next February was disheartening, seeing the average salaries on here for my job in other local companies is also disheartening as well. I bleed magenta, but I need to pay my bills, and the stock grants are nice and really appreciated, but they won't help me make rent next month!
