Great people, terrible job - Customer Service Representative (CSR) T-Mobile Employee Review

Pros

Excellent benefits, wonderful people, facilities contain a gym and a cafe

Cons

Highly demanding environment - "puke and rally" is a phrase I've heard often regarding how people treat taking sick days. Sick days and vacation all pooled together which only works in your favor if you never get sick. Constant verbal abuse from customers. Training is 10 weeks, but could easily be doubled and still not cover all the information your're expected to know on the floor.

Thanks for your candid feedback. Our frontline roles are demanding, as T-Mobile strives to provide the best customer service experience in the industry. T-Mobile has a very generous PTO program that only gets better the longer you’re on the team. As for our training, it is ever-evolving as our customer relations does as well. If you feel like you’re still missing some pieces after training, please make sure to work with your leadership team so you all can sync up and you can get the assistance needed. Thanks for your hard work and for bringing your feedback to our attention. --Your T-Mobile Careers Team

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
