Pros
As others have said this is a great place to work. Few companies I’ve worked for care about their employees more than T-Mobile. I’ve also never worked for a company with as much employee pride, so much so that people wear branded T-Mobile gear not only to work but I’ve seen them wear it even outside of it. With geat benefits and generous PTO, you’ll rarely find a better and more complete package.
