Pros
People are usually friendly and communicative, have found that my experience of the company changes depending on which department you work, nice offices and benefits, would recommend a spot here for people getting started in their career or settling down.
Cons
Do not expect a 'tech company' experience here as a software dev, a lot of times you will see scattered dev teams that each work in their own way, theres a lot of opportunity for growth but a lot of it can be bogged down by corporate bureaucracy
