Pros

Great adoption of technology. They have budget for a lot of things that legacy companies did not. They do a great job of pretending to care, but the promises are all vapid in my experience.

Cons

Health plans are very discriminatory if you have a chronic/pre-existing condition. Formulary medicine that was covered by Sprint for decades is fully excluded from coverage at T-mobile. They treat some groups of employees with very little inclusion in their supposed culture of "love". (I do not feel loved, I feel personally hated here). Right now T-mobile forbids any existing Sprint account-holders from activating a new line of service with the T-mobile brand, even at full price.

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
