      Pros

      Great team, super supportive leadership is very much there. Also having a culture where they really care about work-life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      Health insurance is heavily lacking, been fighting with insurance company as they keep denying covering necessary medication for my health. Adds so much stress as I may need to pay out of pocket, from a company that cares about its employees it does not pick the best health insurance.
