Cons

The Sprint Merger really destroyed the reputation that T-Mobile once prided itself on. Archaic systems that prevent you from providing the best customer service. Bad service in specific areas that takes years if at all, to fix Disgruntled customers that continuously stop in stores for simple troubleshoots like Facebook, ringtones, notifications and other service related problems that cannot be fixed at a store level. The major outsourcing in 2021 that made communicating with certain departments almost impossible due to hour long wait times and miscommunication due to language and area barriers Poor handling of the COVID Pandemic that further endangered employees and customers resulting in thousands of employees getting the virus because of bad policies that tried to mitigate the issue.
