      Pros

      Very nice benefits, mostly. Good bonuses. You'll meet some great people.

      Cons

      Members of the Senior Leadership Team act like the leaders of a cult and expect complete admiration if not outright adulation. Substandard pay. Work your tail off, get a laughable raise. Worthless middle management. Management does not listen to their employees and that applies to all level. They promote growth and training without giving you the time for either. Work/Life balance given lip service. ... and consider the above as lowlights.
