      Pros

      Great people. Great atmosphere, keeps spirits up. Managers were excellent and friendly and taught you how to sell, a useful skill. Discount phone line of course.

      Cons

      Can get busy at periods but the time goes quick. Also a bit tedious, same stuff different day. Also have to deal with people all day long. Can be difficult.
