Pros

Great comp and benefits, including full tuition coverage, stock grants, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan. You have a lot of freedom to be in innovative and create programs, give feedback.

Cons

Constant change and fear of losing your job. The president of consumer group consistently creates new teams/initiatives every 6 months and then changes his mind and lays the whole team off. They spent 6 figures to relocate me across the country with my family and then laid me off a year later. I spent 16 years going to meetings where senior leadership would tell us to be open to relocation because it was a big part of how they moved up. Being laid off was basically a blessing in diguise because it’s an incredibly stressful place to work. They re-org every 3-6 months and you constantly have to worry about your job. They keep people with poor integrity and performance. There are so many priorities and focuses happening at the same time, complete chaos. No accountability at all.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
