      Pros

      Good compensation, uses 'perks' and 'cool office space' to keep the vibe fun (to varying success), The people there are what makes it bearable after all the recent layoffs.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs/restructuring has killed morale, company is trying to get same output from 30% less (corporate) staff. Everyone I've spoken to that was unaffected by layoff is hating their job &/or looking for work elsewhere because the culture has changed completely in the last 2 years.
