Pros

Working for T-mobile pays well and the benefits are okay. The work can be enjoyable, depending on your management and teammates.

Cons

Working on the phones is mind numbingly tedious. After 6 months, one has learned everything and is simply grinding out the day by day with unreasonable customers and/or management.
