      Pros

      Great place to work, and great place to show value and leadership. This is a great place once again to work for if the customers would just relax.

      Cons

      BUYOUT is going to suck. I just hope that ATT will keep TMOBILES customer service and mall representation seeing how most of the Mall representation is indirects which can make rules however and whenever they want.
