Having worked for the company in different locations international and I can say that this only applies to TEKsystems in Australia VIC/NSW/QLD: - High levels of micromanagement which forces consultants at all levels to have to track 60 calls & 10 F2F meeting per week. And, they show the whole office on a weekly basis how everyone is performing against KPI which makes everything really motivated... Here, KPI's are not outcome based but for numbers sake - Extremely political and toxic culture where leaving on time is fround upon and can often only leave if KPI's are met. - 9am and 2pm daily meetings stand up where they scrutinize and belittle staff which encourages people to make up what they've achieved - two faced management and a HR team that is in the pocket of the management, not the people. - Hardly any PSA clients
