Great hikes are promised during the interview and initial stages, but within 2 years and 6 months, all I got was one 6 percent hike, despite client manager giving me a really good feedback.
No response to any issues or complaints raised from HR team. Emails are ignored/ copy pasted answers are given despite multiple follow ups.
Candidate managers will be assigned but they don't really contribute much, despite any greviences reported- they just take quarterly calls with you to take down notes and not really do anything about it .
Asked for a 2 month holiday and was asked to either cancel plans or quit- I wonder how the maternity policies work here in that case.
Eventually quit as the HR teams are least bothered about employee welfare, although the client I worked for was actually really great.
