Good entry-level job but tough long-term prospects - Technical Recruiter TEKsystems Employee Review

Good folks.. Solid company with good recruiters.

Lots of paperwork to get hired on for contract work.

good contract customer was expectin at least a year plus of working with a a company called microsoft. made good friends at the last job i did with them.

contract barely lasted 5 months for me, less for others. I felt used as a tax write off, They laid us off without notice. We had suspected it would happen again after the first time 300 people got let go. When it happened the first time we were surprised now the second time I got to be angry. They lack communication and knowing how to handle an overpopulated work place and proper protocol about laying people off. for some people who relocated and they have still not recieved pay and since their contract is over they may not even recieve it.
