Pros
Young, Fun, collaborative, and collegiate atmosphere- I absolutely loved the people I worked with and the culture is truly one of a kind. Good entry level experience- Though it's a large company, the regional and local stucture of the gives you the feeling of a smaller shop where you have the opportunity to learn about IT and staffing from the ground up.
Cons
Salaries for corporate employees are in the lower range. In my department, starting salary in 2009 for entry level -mid level positions was 35 K. With such a low starting point, annual increases (which are performance based) of 3-5% make little impact at all. Lack of diversity- Senior leadership staff are majority, if not all, white men. Corporate environment sometimes felt like a fraternity rather than a large corporation. No clear career path for corporate employees and significant favortism. On the flip side, sales staff probably have the most defined career path. Benefits were awful when I was there. The high deductible plan was absolutely the worst I've encountered, though it may have changed due to overwhelming negative response from employees. Work life balance was rough. It's tough to justify an already low salary when you regularly put in overtime.
