Pros
There are two good Pros here. You get the best industry training and the majority of your peers are great to work with.
Cons
There are a ton of cons. First and foremost, you have no work life balance, especially if you’re in the Detroit office. You are frowned upon leaving anytime before 6:30pm (although they’ll say “we understand you have other things to do”) Secondly, it is a very sexist and political place to work. If you are not an attractive female, you will not get promoted into the good accounts. You will be given a dead territory to “build”. If you are not apart of the “click” group, you will not succeed here. The amount of backstabbing here is something that will never be changed because it starts with the office leadership. I would absolutely never recommend someone working in the Detroit office. It’s toxic, discriminatory, and out right awful.
