If you get the right manager, you will have a decent experience at this place. Fun company outings. Competitive pay. You can make some forever friendships here because there are some truly caring people.
Cons
There is a good reason for the ungodly turnover rate! If you think that corporate America or the managers care the least bit about you, you are terribly mistaken. It is all about money and politics here. Senior management (or "leadership") is NO help when it comes to personal or professional issues. If you aren't in the "in" crowd, you are a nobody. The petty drama is like a flashback to high school. The group of mean girls have more power than they should - they will gossip about you, spread rumors, start needless drama... and NOTHING is done about it. It is such a toxic environment. The politics and secrets are so shady that it is pathetic. No HR intervention because HR is in the corporate office and they have too much to deal with already.
