Pros
Commission structure is decent - but 3% of our entire office was at quota so everyone is struggling and underpaid except a few people. Across the company most offices are the same. Some larger offices may have a higher success percentage, but that is only because there could be double to triple the amount of people in the office.
Cons
Where do I begin... Base pay - Absolutely atrocious for sales professionals. For a college graduate it is an okay start. Once you're 2+ years into sales or recruiting you should not be making under a $50-$60k base salary. This is why they have 60% attrition. Everyone leaves and makes $80-$100k base salary elsewhere. Work Hours - This job can be done entirely remote. They don't trust their employees to do so. Therefore expect to be in office 7:45am-6pm minimum. Culture - TOXIC; The environment feels like high school. There is entirely too much drama, drinking, and gossip. Very clique-y Upper Management - Belittling and political. They will dangle a carrot in front of your face and put you on "stretch assignments" so you do more work, but they don't have to pay you for it since they didn't actually promote you. Favoritism is a real issue here. Leaving - Good luck trying to leave on good terms. They will make you feel like you are making the worst decision of your life. They will internally make you seem like a traitor. Cult-like atmosphere. When someone leaves everyone talks negatively about them.
