Pros
In a bad economy they are a good option because of their many client relationships. Also, they are supportive of educational growth.
Cons
They vary compensation packages among employees almost arbitrarily, seemingly to save money where ever they can. Some employees have vacation, some don't. Some have paid holidays, some don't. They don't take an active role in transferring contracts to full-time employment.
