Pros
The offices are very nice and most of the recruiters are extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. The company has gone through many pay/compensation changes in the past few years and the base pay has increased.
Cons
1) Onboarding is a joke. There is minimal training and you are basically thrown to the wolves. 2) Annual attrition for the company is horrendous. 3) Its a numbers game. Cold call 400+ people per week for the CHANCE at hitting your quotas 4) No candidate ownership. Someone form a different office can steal your candidate with no repercussions 5) No requirement ownership. Anyone can submit candidates to a requirement from anywhere (this might be a pro depending on your view of it) 6) They say "know when to ask for help" but then when you ask for help you're told to figure it out or to just "do better".
