Pros
They are strategic, you are compensated based on your performance and achievements with no cap. Generous incentive plans and they spend a lot of time with training, coaching, and giving you the tools necessary to be successful. You know as a sales person that the service you are selling is legitimate. We deliver on what we promise and I think by nature it is an honest company.
Cons
Healthy Benefits are pretty bad, but I am willing to accept it because of the compensation packages from a commission perspective. The environment can also become a game of playing "favorites' with who is exposed to certain opportunities. the workload is really that of several people and you are literally managing a small business, managing internal recruiters, bringing in new business, maintaining current business, and also managing delivery around open business that is in process. You can get burnt out and it is very challenging.. but I can say that they tell you this up front and they do realize it isnt for everyone.
