Pros
TEKsystems gave me the foundation to be successful in business. I moved from an entry-level position as a Recruiter, to a Director of Business Operations during my time at the company. The structure of the company is sound, and the playbook has been proven over time. It's a company where you are taught the fundamentals of business, in a very supportive environment. Not to mention, the company is great about paying commissions and bonuses on-time and never having an issue.
Cons
While it's good that the playbook has been proven, it can hinder you as you become more experienced. The company is very sensitive to risk, so the ability to be creative is limited. For this reason, the company has a high amount of attrition after a person hits the three year mark with the company. It tends to be an environment of the newbies and the veterans. There's not much in between.
