TELUS AG&CG provided an opportunity to learn and understand many complexities of a global and multi-tiered corporate organization. It also provides the ability to work alongside diverse and extremely talented individuals. Fully remote work is a great benefit.
Cons
Publicly traded parent company forces the smaller AG&CG unit to abide by rigid corporate governance and management styles. TELUS performance dictates corporate oversight even with multiple lines of business with little to no overlap among them.
