- Work from home flexibility - Great company if you love sales. Massive opportunities if you love working hard at sales - Global company with many roles, geared towards sales or sales opportunities.
Cons
- If you are not a clinician, TELUS Health is not about mental health, but sales. If you have a passion for mental, physical health and helping people, but are not into direct sales, you will struggle as a CSM. - significant lower pay than standard industry pay - compounded by more responsibilities of the job title than standard industry. For example, CSM should be Account Executive - Unrealistic targets, the key focus is sales and upsells over client support and mental health delivery - Machiavellian business environment. What is portrayed by senior management does not reflect in the work environment in negative ways. Anonymous surveys are not anonymous, promised projected job security is met by mass layoffs etc. The TELUS values they portray socially is the opposite internally.
