- Leadership controls all decisions which impacts middle management and lower. - High gossip, low moral - unclear roles and responsibilities. always talking about being "agile" when an msp should have repeatable and scalable models. - very low culture. Very transactional - worst job ever - high blaming organization - people in leadership who dont know how to lead, inspire, empower, support.....
