Constant strike talks as company takes and takes with little give back Upper management is clueless, constant buyouts and never rehiring but the expectations of what needs to get done don't change Contract out work which is never done correctly and needs to be fixed by the few employees they keep around Limited training, constantly working on equipment you have never worked on before and expected to repair it with no issues. Only really care about what the stake holders think and aways focused on getting them the highest dividend.
