Opportunity to telecommute Great teams to work with ... top level technical skills

Cons

Poor communication of significant organizational changes affecting employees and customers No opportunity for career growth, unless you're the kind of person who spends your days "kissing up" to the "right" people, instead of focusing on delivering top notch services Does not deliver on compensation promises Uses global economy as an excuse to reduce compensation, even though the company has not been "hit" by the downturn in global economy (Canada did NOT suffer) Poor revenue forecasting used as an excuse to reduce salaries of the people who actually do the work that ensures customers remain with the company
