Pros
Co-workers, most people at working level were great to deal with.
Cons
Pay & Compensation - TELUS will only benchmark salaries against Rogers & Bell. Skillsets that that are in demand in other industries are paid much better in other industries as compared to telecom. While I loved working at TELUS, I've doubled (that's a multiplier of 2 folks!) my salary since I took off the blinders and successfully shopped my skillsets in the market.
