Easy job in the most of project. They will not be fired (either grow in the company), even if you have a poor attitude (or the best, is undifferent for managers).
Cons
- Nepotism. - Bad managment. - Nepotism again. - Unneeded burocracy. - Bad salary in comparison with competitors. - Bulgarian people have lower conditions than foreigners. - Nepotism. - Lewd bosses (and opportunist women collegues). - Nepotism. - Bad qualified and arrogant bosses. - Bad organization culture (not serious). Bad employees not fired, even you bad - work affects the rest. - Less of possitive feedback... but unneeded and constant impersonal coaching sessions. - Nepotism. - More nepotism. - Etc., etc.
