Pros
Great company benefits like share matching, retirement matching, work from home, work/life balance, etc. Culture is also quite good, very nice people and a relatively laid back work environment.
Cons
Very process heavy with legacy ways of doing things. Recently, micromanagement has gotten worse with more emphasis on every metric. TELUS is also a very political and optically driven place where it's more important to look good then necessarily be good.
