Pros
Great company, but if you want a job where you can sit back and relax a few times a day, take lunches, breaks whenever then client care is not for you. This job keeps you on your toes and despite the good pay for this position, its not for everybody and can break you down if you cannot adapt. Client care is highly recommended for individuals who have come from an environment where high volumes of customers are serviced on a daily basis.
Cons
They could improve the computers a bit. More lounges, food days..
