      - Fully remote, for many roles leads to good work life balance - Good benefits - Clear hierarchy

      Cons

      - Low pay - Culture became work hard, play never. Always chasing after quarterly goals and lacked long term vision - CEO is virtually non-existent (no all hands, no pre-recorded messages) - just heavily curated emails from comms teams
