Company likes to think of itself as a tech company instead of a telecom but unless a product comes prepackaged like a cellphone, the product and marketing teams have no idea how to assemble and sell the idea: You will be pushed in annual surveys to say good things about the company, because your bonus depends on it, and criticism will be stifled, if you want to get ahead, take credit for other peoples work. If you are good at what you do, you are unlikely to get ahead. It’s all about failing upwards.
