The pay was somewhat average / expected

Cons

Elaborate language tests including English, but then part of management cannot speak one sentence without making mistakes. Extremely intrusive micromanagement, even a 1 minute break is considered suspicious and immediately leads to messages asking you "what's wrong, why are you not online and available" etc.
