Pros
A good first job out of uni. If your individual team is fine, you're very lucky. You have to hope that it's a not-often-thought-about part of the company so most of the company's negativity won't effect you.
Cons
Too many to even list. Mainly all stems from how out of damn touch the SLT is. Extreme arrogance and hubris. I hope you are reading this Schalk.
