It is difficult to trust leadership. At times it feels like they don't know what they're doing, and that creates a frenetic environment and a sense that as a business we're directionless beyond getting the share price up - what's the strategy beyond that?
There have been a number of internal blunders that seem to get brushed over, we got lied to about salary benchmarking to keep us quiet at the time of merger - leadership now say this was never spoken about (despite us having comms evidence saying otherwise).
It's also concerning that we seem to be losing our strong women leaders by the minute.
