Pros

Those of us delivering client work are committed and supportive of each other. I enjoy the people I work with and the client projects can be interesting.

Cons

It is difficult to trust leadership. At times it feels like they don't know what they're doing, and that creates a frenetic environment and a sense that as a business we're directionless beyond getting the share price up - what's the strategy beyond that? There have been a number of internal blunders that seem to get brushed over, we got lied to about salary benchmarking to keep us quiet at the time of merger - leadership now say this was never spoken about (despite us having comms evidence saying otherwise). It's also concerning that we seem to be losing our strong women leaders by the minute.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe all our employees are committed and supportive of each other. We committed to carrying out Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking back in April and said then that the process may take 6-12 months. We are delivering on that commitment. Making sure that everyone’s contribution is recognised competitively, fairly and equitably is complex and needs professional expertise. That’s why we have partnered with a specialist reward, job evaluation and benchmarking company. This will help us ensure we have a fair, robust, consistent and transparent job evaluation methodology. It will also enable us to create clear pay structures/ranges based on our current internal pay data and help us make pay decisions in a fair, robust, consistent and transparent way. This project is being delivered over the next five to six months. We are disappointed to hear that you feel there are problems with D&I as it's an area that we take very seriously and we are passionate about creating a diverse environment where our people feel a sense of inclusivity and belonging. We have an Equality, Diversity and Dignity policy that reinforces our principles and commitment in this area and have several Employee Resource Groups that are well received within the business and seen as valuable. We have not made the progress we would have liked in terms of female representation on the Senior Leadership team but have a plan in place to improve that. We regularly monitor our D&I stats, which you can view on our website.

Pros

Though I’ve only been with TPXimpact for a short time, the onboarding experience has been exceptional. From day one, leadership and my superiors went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well-connected across the wider organisation. They actively structured my experience by: - Setting up key introduction calls to embed me into the team quickly. - Providing consistent support and helpful answers to my questions. - Pointing me toward valuable past engagement case studies and delivery outputs, which made getting up to speed easier. - Helping me actively plug into the internal communities of practice across Tech Strategy and Architecture. The culture here feels supportive, collaborative, and designed to help new joiners find their feet quicker.

Cons

I have only been here a short time, so haven't encountered any significant downsides yet. It's a fast-paced digital transformation consulting environment and navigating it comfortably will take a bit of time, but the support seems to be in place already.

Pros

TPX Impact is a great company to work for. The salary and the benefits are very competitive. The work we do feels very rewarding, and it's always interesting and challenging. The culture within the organisation is great. I feel like I'm part of a team, not just an individual. Leadership communication is the best I've seen in a consultancy, and they are very transparent about our targets and performance.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to say.
