The coming together of lots of smaller companies into our current, much larger organisation has been a big shift for some of our people. When a company grows in size, a lot of changes are required to allow us to operate safely and effectively in service of our brilliant clients - changes which take time to implement and sometimes, take time to get right. Over the last year we have been working to address issues around structures and levelling - we conducted job evaluations, comparing our roles with those externally, and will soon be launching salary bands to support these findings. What hasn’t changed since the mergers is the utmost respect we have for the fantastic people that work at TPXimpact. We’re continuously working to create an inclusive culture for our employees, supported by our Employee Resource Groups, Employee Forum and Mental Health First Aiders - giving our people a wealth of support systems and ways to feedback to us.
