Pros

Remote work - offered across the country with hubs. Still London Centric but better than a lot Flexible working - lots of people of all seniorities visibly use flexible working policy. Feels very progressive Great people - most of the people I work with are talented, care, and genuinely want to do good work. It's a shame the organisation makes that hard

Cons

Chaotic central operations team - weird policies and choices that are reactive and make everyone's work harder Basics still not in place - so many basic things, like a progression framework, two years and it's still extremely basic, generic and not used. Financial forecasting is constantly wrong, and resourcing is chaos: people left on projects forever, or moved around with little notice. Little recognition of good work - there's no way to recognise good work beyond a popularity contest shout out. No formal bonus system. People are able to coast, or even do bad work and let everyone else carry them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to listening to and learning from it. Firstly, we couldn’t agree more about the remarkable people at TPXimpact; they are extremely talented and give their all to projects they are genuinely passionate about. As a purpose-driven organisation, we’re fortunate to experience firsthand the real-world impact of the work we do all around us - from the public sector to charity work. We aim to be an inclusive and welcoming place to work, so we’re sorry you have the sense our focus is primarily on our London office. We’re a hybrid workplace with regional hubs for our people to make the most of and our office managers work hard to make employee experience at each of these hubs even better. Our People and Central Operations teams work tirelessly to create inclusive, fair and compliant policies that focus on wellbeing, fairness and growth and support TPXimpact’s wider business strategy. You can trust that these policies are under continuous review to ensure they tick all the boxes. Our Employee Forum is made up of colleagues from around the business who have been voted for by our people to represent their voices. With accountability being a key value to us, any new policies or plans are shared with the Employee Forum first, so please bear in mind that you can go to them to share your feedback We’re currently working on a recognition scheme to celebrate the achievements of our people and teams which will be launched soon and we’ve recently given a fresh update to our Progression Framework with a clear focus on impact, skills and behaviour. We’d suggest speaking with our Learning Business Partner who would be really happy to talk this through. You’ve shared some deeply personal feedback across several areas, and we’re disappointed to learn that your present experience at TPXimpact is not living up to your expectations. At the time of writing, our annual engagement survey is live and so we strongly encourage you to share your thoughts here and shape our future as we plan for the months ahead. Please also reach out at any time to your line manager, a member of the SLT or a colleague in the People team who are always open to a direct message or a chat.

Pros

Though I’ve only been with TPXimpact for a short time, the onboarding experience has been exceptional. From day one, leadership and my superiors went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well-connected across the wider organisation. They actively structured my experience by: - Setting up key introduction calls to embed me into the team quickly. - Providing consistent support and helpful answers to my questions. - Pointing me toward valuable past engagement case studies and delivery outputs, which made getting up to speed easier. - Helping me actively plug into the internal communities of practice across Tech Strategy and Architecture. The culture here feels supportive, collaborative, and designed to help new joiners find their feet quicker.

Cons

I have only been here a short time, so haven't encountered any significant downsides yet. It's a fast-paced digital transformation consulting environment and navigating it comfortably will take a bit of time, but the support seems to be in place already.

Pros

TPX Impact is a great company to work for. The salary and the benefits are very competitive. The work we do feels very rewarding, and it's always interesting and challenging. The culture within the organisation is great. I feel like I'm part of a team, not just an individual. Leadership communication is the best I've seen in a consultancy, and they are very transparent about our targets and performance.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to say.
