I could go on about the countless insane stories, rules and conversations I’ve had with management at TRAFFIK, but here are a few general ones:
-Management was and is super weird about working from home, especially right now. Only the select few who have weaseled their way into bed with the CEO have this flexibility without being hardcore questioned or flat out forced to use sick hours or unpaid leave.
-get ready for all nighters with nobody giving a crap when you have plans, need to sleep or really anything.
-they’ll do anything to save a dollar, starting with your compensation. Also the profit sharing is bogus. You won’t see a dollar from that in a long time, if ever
-if you like getting hundreds or emails and notifications a day and txts at night with same day rushes and urgent tasks, TRAFFIK is the place for you
-the turnover rate is U N R E A L! People couldn’t take it anymore and every time someone would leave, we’d all be sad but jealous that they don’t have to live in this never-ending email notification vortex anymore
-Corrupt office politics with almost as much smoke and mirrors as the 2020 Presidential Election. Your emails and anything “wrong” you do will be FWDed, talked about behind your back and mentally noted. You MUST NOT make any mistakes when you are working 18 hour days, and if you do, you’re on the naughty list
-So many choices for my last con, but I’ll leave you here: the company started a policy where you are required to smile at each other within a certain foot distance. And say hello at a closer foot distance. Not sure where this rule ended up with working from home, but just let that sink in.
